regarding this statement:
Three Villages subdivisions are designated as “family units” and are not subject to the under-19 restriction.

We just bought in the Villages and would have bought in a "family unit" area if we had known since we have a 15 year old. Can you tell me which subdivisions are "family units"? Thanks!

Lots of great information but seriously outdated. Numbers have really changed but I would never have the ability to put it all together like you did ! Great Job !

Yes, some things changed since 2012.
