Sweet nectar switter! Congrats on that. I will need a bench, a pillow, and i can hold it with everything other than my body trying to hold that position!

Hey! I just noticed your display name. Fellow Minnesotan and Vikings fan! Although that last game was difficult to watch, lol

Well that certainly was painful! interesting to see what we do with Darnold, i expect a franchise tag and trade to get a draft pick vs just losing him when his value is the highest it’s been since drafted by the jets. Expect Mcarthy to start and perhaps Daniel Jones to be our backup. We shall see, we got money for free agency, but interior offensive line needs help!

Come on back up and enjoy what you’re missing. Let the dog out at 5:30 AM today to a brisk -1 this morning! High of 11 degrees today so a little cold snap! Come freeze what ails ya lol!

That is precisely why I left Minnesota, lol. I've only been here about a year and a half but spent the vast majority of my life in Minnesota. I still get a kind of cold-PTSD and cringe up when I'm preparing to walk out the door in January. Then I realize it's 60° out.

Excited to see what McCarthy can do. I agree with you about Darnold. He looked so promising but kind of imploded when it mattered most. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

My guess is that it is due to insurance and liability. If someone is at risk of harming themselves, you can deny them a membership. If it is an amenity, it would be much more difficult to deny access.
There are many free classes held at rec centers that use hand weights or do body weight training. You don't need the Fit Club membership to get in shape, but if you want to use machines there is a fee.

Not gonna lie, although a large manly guy type, that drumming on an exercise ball workout i saw on video looked to be a blast! older i get, the more things i would never do for perception looks like a fun challenge! i think my wife would love it too!

Now i got no rhythm so if i attend I will be in the front row so only one person can see it!

If the fitness rooms were free and open to everyone, imagine the line waiting to use the equipment. What is ironic is that rarely is the outdoor equipment used, you might see one or two people using them but never have to wait.

There are exercise classes offered at the rec centers at no cost. You may want to check some of those classes -- for example, Bone Builders is a program that was developed by Tufts University for strength, flexibility and balance.

I will look into that!

Thanks!

There's also a balance class offered by The Villages Health at the Santa Barbara and Colony health centers, probably at Brownwood somewhere too. I think you have to be a patient of one of the doctors, but you could check to find out for sure.

Check out Too Your Health gym and spa. There are several locations, but the one in Lady Lake is probably the closest to you. It's a great deal at only $220 per year. They have lots of equipment for strength and endurance training, plus free weights, an indoor pool, and racquetball courts. They are open 24 hours during the week as well as extended hours on the weekend. It is a very friendly place with members of all ages and abilities. They also offer numerous group and individual training sessions. The #1 Best Lady Lake Gym - Too Your Health Spas
