I had a similar problem with ALL Comcast equipment, except that the signal was too HIGH, Comcast did the same thing, a temporary repair, followed 1 or 2 days with final repair.

Excuse me, what language is that in? I understood only a couple of words. I know what hexadecimal is, but the rest is in a foreign language...

I too have been experiencing the same problem. TV is fine. Internet is unavailable for a couple of hours, then available for a couple hours, and on it goes. I talked to Comcast. They gave me a number to call to adjust some router settings. It didn't fix the problem so I will call back. Never had a problem until recently.
