This topic has been a repeated topic and with my own experience I found most of these providers deliver about the same amount of service. Occasionally there might be a promotion which is usually tied to some type of contract which might save you a bit of money.
The most important thing you should consider is what do you actually need, how many TVs are in use at any time, what are you using your computer for is it checking emails or gaming. Once you understand what you need then look at these companies and that will determine who to go with for the best service for your needs at a price you are happy with. |
We have had Comcast/Xfinity for several years. We have a package rate for home phone, internet, TV. We have been totally satisfied with our service. If they raise the price, we just negotiate and get it down. In fact, they just lowered our cost without us even asking.

You should search these forums 1st before posting. There are numerous and I mean many many posts about internet advice. You say you have 3 providers, call each 1 and see what they offer today, not yesterday, not a year ago. Most subscribers might not know the current prices these providers are offering. Then, after you find out the prices, then query these forums to see how people feel about X company.
As for speed, you have history living with a certain speed in your current house. If you think your current speed is too slow, then up it. Some providers will give you a better deal on faster speeds. |

- Internet: $50 - Two phone lines: $100 - "Live" channels: $80 - Netflix: $20 - HBOMax: $17 Total: $265 There might be savings here or there but there are also more channels to purchase (Showtime, Disney, Peacock, Hulu, etc). |
I had CenturyLink for about 5 years with little to no problems. Quantum offered me a great deal to switch to them (they are both part of Lumens). They promised to match my rates and offered me several incentives to switch. I made the switch, the service is basically the same. I have had more service problems in 4 months than I did in five years with CenturyLink. The customer service is horrific, worse than Xfinity. They refuse to honor the price they promised and refuse to give me the incentives they promised. I have been fighting with them for over two months, terrible experience. I would not recommend Quantum.

New homes come with Centric Fiber preinstalled modem/router/wireless set up and running (didn't have pay for it or installation), but it doesn't sound like that is in your area. If you have fiber, it may be worth checking out. We get 1G speed for $65 month, no contract or additional costs.

I have T-Mobile for $50 a month. It works perfect.
I don’t have to worry about Xfinity cost because they ripped off every time they want and try talking to them on the phone. Good luck. You can try T-Mobile if you don’t like it you can return it |
I second that!!!
