Someone mentioned this device but it appears to be more of a scam.

When we moved here a year ago to the Village of Osceola Hills, we wanted Comcast because that is what we had up north. I went to their office in Leesburg out close to Phillips Toyota area. The customer service reps were very helpful with the transfer and the installation for what we wanted. Have not had a problem with Comcast since moving here.

Spectrum will go up after first 12 months, but not a little. My $35.00 jumped to $55 for wifi only. Switched back to Xfinity.

We've had Spectrum since moving here in February. It's $49.99 a month (including wifi) and no contracts. We've yet to have a problem with it. It was originally rated at 70 Mbps but they recently bumped it up to 100 Mbps at no change in price. I tested it with Speedtest.net and got 114.61 Mpbs down, 11.68 Mbps up and 14 ms ping, so it seems they are delivering everything they promise and a bit more.

Before moving here from North Carolina, I was getting 700 Mbps service from Time Warner (probably now owned by Spectrum) and never came close to using a fraction of the speed it gave. At 100 Mbps, I may be getting something only 15% as fast, but it keeps up with everything I do, including high-definition streaming. I haven't tried it with 4K streaming, but that's because I don't have a 4K TV.

We are getting exceptional speed with spectrum. We did not lose service with Irma. At the speed levels most are offering today, they are not the limiting factor.
We stream movies almost every night and my daughter visited and put on 2 Face Book live telecasts while here for a endever she is involved in. No problems on either side.
Just watch out for promotions. I compared the cost of Comcast & Spectrum when selecting. The Comcast was a special deal The Spectrum was not. When you add all the fees and taxes, the price was different by a dollar. Comcast had a contract, Spectrum did not. Had them both before in different locations. Brighthouse at the time was most accommodating before. This Monday some contractors cut my cable line. Called Spectrum, they had someone out in 2 hours to fix it.

We have had Comcast for 5 years, a couple of billing issues but no problems with their equipment or internet speed.

We’ve had Comcast aka Xfinity since 2005. Their service generally has improved, including their Internet speed. I check our speed usually twice a day. We’re paying for 75 mbps, and they’re usually between 70-90 mbps.

Maybe a billing screw up but never on service or equipment or response to a problem.

Not one incidence of an outage in those 13 years.
Same here.
