Default irragation system

My sprinkler system needs work. The heads a not always coming up. Any ideas or who should I call??

Some times sand jams the sprinkler head. Turn it on and if it comes up slightly but not fully that might be the problem. Usually a slight pulling up motion will free it up. Clean the top area around the head of sand,your finger will do. This is what I do when the head does not fully comeup.

Try the Irrigation Doctor - 357-0628. He has done several jobs for me.

You could just look for your brand of rotor at H.D. or Loews and replace the top assembly, without having to dig up the "body". They are easy to adjust, and are only about $10...

A lot of lawn care companies are knowledgeable about irrigation systems and carry spare parts. If you do your own lawn care, perhaps a company working on your neighbor's lawn would examine all your heads for a few dollars.

I recommend that you give Jim Baumgartner a call. He is very thorough and reasonable and honest. Has done work for me and I have been very satisfied. His number is 352-750-5793.
