Well, folks, the POD has been packed and picked up and we will be winging our way to The Villages tomorrow morning, bright and early!! Home sold at our asking price and we couldn't be more tickled!!

Just talked to Kathy and Gene. They are closing next week and will start their Frogdom in June.
