He was seen running across 466A into Village of St James and people kept the police informed as he ran through yards into Buttonwood. He was caught.

There are generally two reasons for a helicopter to circle over an given spot. First, the pilot is looking for a bad guy. Second, some young lady is sunbathing in the nude. I used to fly those machines. I know of what I speak.
