Yes. Once someone has "liked/thanked" or "thumbs upped" your post, the thumb up will change to a "plus sign"...

If you click on that, there will be the person, or a list of people, who have given you said "thumb up"...

AFA seeing who you've thanked? No idea... Except maybe checking the "plus sign" on individual posts to see if your name is there. I don't think there's a list of all of the thanks you've given anywhere

If we all liked the same thing, they would only sell vanilla. And Reeces.

By any chance do you mean Reese's? Reese's Peanut Butter Cups - Wikipedia

Also I will stick with fora vs. forums and with flora vs. florums.

That's like a 2:1 ratio of thanks on thanked post, and 40% of the posts have been thanked. . .

pretty impressive stats, i guess the sage rating correctly means old man pundit.

Yes, that one thing started me wondering about the whole "statistics" thing...

LOL. LOL, LOL... love it. Now that's the fun part of all this, a smile once in awhile and subtle, and not so subtle.... humor. Here's to a smile and civility !

Well since I went years without noticing any of that, didn't even know you could "check" the statistics, that's why I posted I was only "curious". I don't do FB (I know, shocking anyone left in the world who does not...LOL!) but I know the "like" is HUGE on that platform, it's ALL about having others "like" you !

Oh I totally agree, at one time there was no subtle, or overt, putting others down. When they first started, it was ALL about helping each other, giving "heads up" on various things going on, people posted items they found such as (found _____ on golf cart path near _____. Call to identify). And people offered things they could not longer use, it's definitely expanded and evolved over the years. I do think people were kinder in their remarks when so many met and socialized with others, but there were FAR fewer residents back then ! I LIKED Crisper's food, apparently I was in the minority or it would sill be there....LOL !

A "LIKE" button would be more appropriate...

I am one of those who didn’t know about this feature. Now that I do, I may use it. I would also like to have the opportunity to click a ‘dislike’ button.

Nah... It just means I post a lot... :o

Your post count determines those titles...

I think when I first went on TOTV, the thumbs-up button did not exist. I could be wrong, though. Maybe I did not notice it.
