I was wondering as I puruse through the threads here. I have been noticing in the non-Villages thread one keeps popping up to advertise another community and wondered why they would do that. I know that thread is for non-villages comments etc. but was just curious why they continue to be posting here.

They pay to advertise I imagine and not all who write on TOTV are residents.

They're a paid advertiser. Don't know if it gets them any business, but I'm assuming it gets them one or two buyers or they wouldn't pay to advertise here.
