I have the Platinum Keurig with 5 sizes. I get all my k-cups through green mt coffee, and they will replace any Keurig, no matter where you bought it, free . If you join their cafe express club you get free shipping and a discount on the k-cups. Over the years I have had two replaced - the one I have now is a cinnamon color and very pretty.

My husband and I do not know what we would do without it. Besides coffee, I use the lemonade k-cups, and other cold drinks.

I would like to remind all Keurig owners to follow the directions and be sure to descale your device every 6 months or so. All you have to do is run a cycle with vinegar then follow with some water cycles. This will help prevent breakdowns. This is in your manual.
