Towels hanging from golf bags and covering up the brake and turn lights on carts.
Cyclists riding 4 abreast and running stop signs while wearing shirts that say "Same Rules/Same Rights". It seems counter-intuitive to ride a bike for exercise and not want to stop, lose momentum and then have to work to regain same.

Sorry, not referring to myself. I was referring to someone who gave a snarky answer to someone else who asked for some clarification. If I name names, it'll be deleted.

Yep, it seems that anyone or everyone, at the moment, owns the road. You may find, as we have, we cannot educate everyone or anyone here. It is downright dangerous and that is a common hazard. Have you ever considered, the drunks on the road? The alcoholics who start at 9 am and then about noon or 2 or 3 get in their car or cart and drive off,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, wobbly?
No license and no restrictions on driving drunk here, that we have seen. There is one solution and a lot of folks here are found for it as we are,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, MOVE. Have you seen Del Webb or Solavita or others that are REALLY gated communities? This is not a real gated community. Anyone can dimply push the button on the box and drive in. We used to walk at night, we now see some real scary folks driving around at night.

Mr. B. You can run but you can't hide. The same sorts drive in other gated communities too; the real gated and pseudo gated and the partially gated and the kinda gated.

You are in the villages, there are about 100,000 folks here and there is not one control of anyone. Be as foolish as you care to be. Drink and drive, drive slowly in the center lane, change lanes rapidly in the circles, run red lights, run stop signs,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,HEY LIVE IT UP
