Kitchen Aid summer kitchen grill

My kitchen aid summer kitchen grill put in by The Villages has an issue. Tried Fields Appliance to repair but they have been unsuccessful. Kitchen Aid does not make any grill that will replace it. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what have you done to fix the situation?
