If you are in an all electric home, would you be willing to share with me what your electric bills are for a year? I'd also like to know what you normally keep your temperature set to, and whether you have the open kitchen or the version with the closed off kitchen. I don't know anything about air flow, but I would think having an open kitchen might help with air flow, so it would be a bit of help with the air conditioning/electric costs?

Wish I had information for you, but we just purchased our whispering pine. We purchased the closed floor plan because we felt it would be better to not be able to look directly into the kitchen when preparing meals. We first wanted the open, but after thinking about it we decided to go with the wall.
