Default Land between St James/Tamarind Grove and 466A

After looking at the map champ6 posted I was wondering if anyone knows what will happen to the land between The Villages of St. James & Tamarind Grove and 466A. Who owns the land? What if anything is planned for this land?

Another question: Will there be golf cart trails to this center?

If the land is not owned by TV you can bet it will not be golf cart accessible. Look at the hotel and office building on 466 east of Buena Vista.

Laurel Manor (corner of Buena Vista and 466) has many medical buildings, a vet, a dentist, etc. It is golf cart accessible.

I believe the previous post was in reference to the properties on the north side of 466 across from the Laurel Manor area.

My salesman said it will not be able to be reached by a golf cart.
