Default House painting

Taking into account heat, humidity, rain and snowbirds, what time of year is best for having the outside of one's house painted?

("Snowbirds" included because demand may be higher; not because I think they'd get in the way)

considering the bilder buds 12 months a year, I don't think any time period is an advantage--when you're ready get a good painter, highly recommend Oscar's

Neighbors just had their home painted, the paint dried in 20 minutes, and the downpour we had about a hour did not harm the paint. I was amazed, I expected to see a stream of paint on the lawn and street. So IMHO, have it painted when convenient to you. Painting was done by Steve Kling, paint was Sherwin Williams, and they did a very nice job. Will probably use them for our house.

Some will tell you if you have step cracks, it’s best to repair and paint in cooler months. But I left it up to the professional. The rain is the biggest problem

Let me know when she gets finished, I think I have another project for her.

Oh I forgot what does she charge?

When my girlfriend was having chemotherapy, I would always tell the nurses to hurry up so she can go home and finish painting the house.

You must understand: I'm not recommending her until I see the finished product
