Mary Trotter is an excellent attorney and is licensed in elderly law. People in Florida should never do it themselves!

Do it yourself works if the estate is small enough. If you are setting up trusts you need a lawyer. Working through the thought process is the important part and getting an online outline forces you to do the "thinking" before you see the estate attorney.

Believe it or not there are some people that are fantastic at what they do that I wouldn't sit down to have coffee with on a personal level.
