My wife was opining this morning that within 20 years, Orlando could become a suburb of The Villages.

With the estimated population growth of over 225,000 once the developer has developed all currently owned land, The Villages will likely rank #6 in Florida, surpassing Cape Coral, Port St Lucie and Hialeah and just below St Petersburg

This past June, in a trial against former agents of Properties of the Villages, a member of the Morse/Boone family testified that TV will double its size within 10-years.
