Default Brilliant Move

The area is located right next to a turnpike exit and adjacent to the Villages while being zoned commercial. This is a great move for both residents striving for more commercial development and business owners. It will get a lot of commerce traffic.

That will be really handy. I mean....have you driven thru Newell? It's a long way from anywhere except Sawgrass but if some retail crops up in that location it'll be super sweet.

It's all relative, Newell is less than 2 mi Sawgrass. So just 6 min longer to Brownwood by cart.

We're retired, what's the rush?

From Sawgrass to Brownwood is twelve minutes by car. If you can do it in six minutes by cart you must have wings. lol

Maybe you meant 16 minutes? I mean…..it’s a fair bit from sawgrass to brownwood. But you’re right, a lot less of a hurry these days

The original post was poorly worded.

People who don't live here (yet) may not have a feel for how close things are. Once your in a golf cart, a couple of miles is just few more minutes.
