I will be buying a lot soon and need some help. Can you give estimates/average cost for some of the common upgrades such as .. golf car garage, stretches, crown molding, granite, wood/tile flooring, bird cages, pool, etc. etc. etc. I realize this varies by home but I am just looking for ballpark figures so we can start planning our home. Golf cart garage 10K plus the extra lot size say 17K together

Stretches 2K a foot???

Granite & crowns do after much less $$

Wood or tile 6-8K U can get rugs and go after for less

Cages $5 sq ft but count top and sq ft of sides also.

I just finished getting crown moulding installed. What a big difference it makes.
