Newbie, five-month lurker here. I have learned much from this forum!

My husband and I purchased a home last February, but will not retire for two more years. One of us comes down about every two months to check things out. I have found several classes that are of interest while I will be down for two weeks at the end of October. Here are my two questions:

1. Even though I will be there for a short time, would I not be considered a resident since we own a home?

2. The information page for each class indicates a resident and non-resident fee. Does that pertain to the entire Villages or just the particular neighborhood/county where the class is occurring?

Thanks for any insight you can provide.

If you own a home and have the Villages ID card you're a resident of everywhere. :)

If you own a home, pay hte amenity fees, and have the Villages ID card you're a resident.
