Some I would not buy a home without an island in the kitchen. MY OPINION it is in the way if you do any serious cooking. Moving is expensive, packing is a pain. I love the villages! I am so glad we moved here. But does anyone think that a house right next to Brownwood is in any way indicative of the lifestyle you will have if you buy a new house from the developer? New homes from the developer are quite a ways away from Brownwood with, in my opinion, a completely different environment as far as restaurants, shopping, entertainement, etc. I do realize that most people are not stupid and can see where the new homes are being developed, but it seems that the "lifestyle experience" could be quite misleading compared to where you would buy from the developer. If it is meant just as equally for the sale of existing homes, then my point is probably not valid.
