Perhaps I can clear this up.

The historical section of TV on the east side of 441 developed by Gary Morse�s father, Harold Schwartz, is Orange Blossom Gardens, but the golf course over there is called Orange Blossom Hills.

Then to add to the confusion, there is a development of homes north of 42 and west of 441 (just beyond the northern border of TV) that is also called Orange Blossom Hills and there are a few road signs in that area that refer to it.
