Right now I am using wildflower, but I have also used tupelo with the same results. How great is it not to have to take Claritin. No sneezing, no itchy eyes, nothing! I take the honey year round, not just seasonally.

I just bought Lady Lake produced honey from vendor at the Wildwood Growers Market at Brownwood. As stated in earlier post the vendor doew recommend correct one for allergies.."wildflower " honey. Hoping a daily dose helps me.

I took Claritin every day during my allergy seasons (April-June and September-November) and since I started taking local honey I haven't taken any Claritin in the past 5 years. You need to give it a month before you see any changes and remember it must be local honey. Since we moved here I have been buying it at Marion Market, but now I am picking it up at Brownwood on Saturdays.

How often do you take it?

If you have a local honey, might be best if it were your wife.

I wonder if that local wine would have the same effect?

You can get Chinese honeys up by Melrose when they are in season.
