What is a recommended way to check a renters background?

May I ask what you're charging for ur rental? #of BR, Baths?
Brother is considering purchasing in TV, I suggested renting a month or so in both winter & summer.

The address is 333 Juarez Way, The Villages, FL 32159. Convenient location between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing Town Squares. I was just wondering which is more preferred, or if both types of rentals have advantages/disadvantages?

Just Curious

We had a couple of rental properties in N.Y.
What would a 3Br. unfurnished pull in per month here in TV?

Yes they are allowed. It all goes through property Management. Gunn Property Services is the website.

Throw 333 Juarez Way, The Villages, FL 32159 into Google. It will pop up with pictures price etc. It is a long term unfurnished rental however. I know I have had applications just not sure if anyone qualified has gotten through yet.

So renewing the lease was lower?

Rent went up each year, within the market of the home. I weeded thru 90% of inquiry with an email. Narrow down to 3-5 for final with phone call. Home was unfurnished for 1 year. Both home had same renter for multiple years.

You can look at multiple websites to determine home rental

You should be able to earn as much profit just renting the months of Nov to April. There is more wear and tear on a long term rental. Short term rentals let you see the house in intervals and the renters are short term. No worries of trying to evict a tenant that is long term.
