Default Look out, The British are coming!!
Hi everyone!
My husband and I have just sold our home in the UK and we should be in The Villages within a few months and we are thrilled to bits! We do of course look forward to meeting all of you fabulous people and we cannot wait to start enjoying the brilliant lifestyle that is on offer.
We came over for a "lifestyle" visit last June and like all of you we fell in love with the place! Met some lovely people and really enjoyed all The Villages had to offer.
So soon we will be needing a place to rent whilst we look for the home of our dreams and so looking forward to it!

My next door neighbor is from England and they said they are only allowed to be in the States for six months out of the year. The way I understand it you will be full time. What is different with your situation?

Hi TVMayor,
You are of course correct about the 6 months, however
in our case my wife is born American (North Carolina) now having dual citizenship which allows me to have a Green Card. So yes we will be indeed full time!
Look forward to meeting all of you one day (hopefully sooner than later!)
