I would suggest a good hot dog stand. Offer both Chicago dogs and Nathan's. South of 466. Also need a,car wash on 44.

Purchase a Culver's franchise...the folks from the midwest would thank you! Google them...it's Wisconsin based and a nice clean more "upscale-ish" fast food that serves fresh foods. Hamburgers never frozen...and more!

Bring in something that the people have asked for in large numbers=A WAWA built just off the villages on like rt 44 would make a killing and there are wawa's not that far away that thrive!!!
