Call Nova 631-338-1048. You can purchase and self-install or have them install. Isn't there a label with a phone number on your unit?

Have you tried Amazon.com? They sell almost everything.

Get them from him. I found identical filters (same numbers as on his wrapper) on Amazon from a 3rd party seller and eBay (new from national seller) and saved maybe $5 in the end. If you are looking for something other than exactly what he supplies that's another story. Best way is call him. He will drop them off at your house or install them for a fee.

I'm moving my entire Nova System to a better spot next week. Fingers crossed. My Confidence level is high now. I'm on a hot streak of good results on several projects. I'm sticking with the Nova Filters for sure.

Check out the website filtersfast.com. I have bought filters from them in the past for my whole house filter system up north (not a Nova system) and found them to be good quality at a very reasonable price.

I did the same thing a month or so ago. It was at ground level and impossible for me to change the filters so with a 12" x 30" piece of plywood, $6 worth of glue and $5 worth of pipe and elbows raised it 4 feet higher. Easy peasy.

I get my replacement filters from Amazon. The brand is pentek. The plastic wrench makes it easy to remove and replace the blue canisters. Along the line I also picked up some spare "o" rings and a food grade gasket sealer. Very easy to do. Don't forget to turn off the incoming water before hand and then purge the lines afterward. PM me if you want part #'s.

Like most things, Filtersfast filters are also sold on Amazon.com. I would compare the prices on both web sites and I would prefer to deal with Amazon because of their great shipping and return polices.

I would call Nova and have them do the replacement. That way they will check that everything is working properly. Worth the few dollars more. I don't change my oil in my car anymore either.

These were the 3 filters supplied from NOVA when I installed replacements myself. Found them on Amazon and the Carbon on eBay (see attached) but only saved around $5. Sealer and wrench are most important.

edit: Weird. My originals were both "correct side up". Turn your monitor on it's side and upside down.

Why give Amazon your money rather than a tried and tested local company, selling top of the range products, just to save a few dollars at best, when there is also a chance of a leak or wrong product?
Crazy!!!
False economy.

Geez man, RELAX! Had you actually read the entire thread (including my post #5 on the first page) maybe you'd have replied differently.

Aside from that I bought the IDENTICAL filters (manufacturer and part number as in my photo) that Nova supplied and am quite capable of installing them myself without leaking. If I can install water heaters, gas lines and copper plumbing I am sure I can handle spinning a couple filters. As far as "false economy" feel free do do what you can afford to do and I will take care of what my "real economy" can handle.
