Default Mail Deliverer

Is this the same person that picks up the mail going out?
Am getting 2 different greeting cards with their addresses.

I assume they are both government employees.

My sister in law has been a mail carrier for many years. She is not allowed to accept gifts or tips from the people she delivers the mail to.

She is a postal employee. The people at our mail stations are not postal employees. They work for a low wage and deserve a holiday tip.

Until we moved to The Villages we had USPS employees as our mail carriers. The woman we had always went above and beyond.

I always left a card in our box with cash for her at the holidays. She didn't have to report it. There are ways around that kind of rule.
