The speed listed on the bright yellow signs at the merge point in the Villages is 20 MPH. If a car driver isn’t going to merge correctly, then it naturally follows that a golf cart driver should yield to that car driver for safety sake.

Except as I understand the OP, he's not talking about two different roads merging into one. He's talking about a golf cart entering a road from elsewhere, and merging into traffic.

The OP does say and I quote "areas of the Villages pertaining to "CARTS MERGE WITH VEHICULAR TRAFFIC" signs posted at all areas where the golf cart lane merges with public roads."

Looks to me that he is talking about two different road merging into one. Maybe the sign he is talking about is different than the merge signs I see every day on Hillsborough Trail?

If I was on Let's Make A Deal I would go for door #1 hang the knee out. Trust me if you don't possess what could be injured you wouldn't understand but the knee will duck into the Cart in a Nick of time every time.

Door #2 is too involved and people from Weight watchers would be rubbing up against you at the Square because You smell like a Wendy's Salad, with Powder.

Why are the majority of the Golf Cart Driving problems From LSL and down toward Brownwood? Just an observation.
