Why don’t the parents hire people?

How can I get more information. I teach ESL to adults in a church in Wildwood.

"Curlytop" our member, is in charge of the Academics team of volunteers.

The program works in conjunction with Tutors for Kids ( tutors4kids.org )

I'm not a tutor, I'm not affiliated in any way with this stuff, but I checked it out because there is just SO much information missing from curlytop's requests. She's legit.
