As noted in the paper today Publix is now hiring trainees for the Magnolia location that is scheduled to open during the first quarter of 2021. I don't think 4 or 5 months will age us to the point that we cannot go food shopping and at least 4 villages are already golf car accessible to the Lake Deaton Plaza. You don't have to worry about us, all is good down here.

Not at all worried about the folks living down south, just that for us we wanted to be closer to 27/441.

The other reason for being up North is our home sold much faster than we expected and did not have the time to wait on a new build.

Most businesses do not open in new areas until population is sufficient to support them....except Publix... The bank and golf cart store are owned by "the kids" so that is why they are being built first.
