I just wanted to take a moment to tell all of the good folks here on Talk of The Villages, as well as my friends and customers that I have gotten to know through the years...

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah....!

My son Eric and I look forward to meeting more of you as you honor us by allowing us to do your Warranty Inspection. To those considering moving to The Villages in this new year....know that most feel it is worth the effort, and in life one ends up regretting more the things they do not do more than the things they do. If we can help in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us. We love helping folks with their new Villages home.

Lastly, I leave you with a fun little poem....

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all thro' the new house
Inside were many problems, there was even a mouse…
The stocking’s were hung by the chimney with care…
They didn’t notice the sign that read “Buyer Beware”
The children were nestled all snug in their beds
Until they awoke from the water drops, falling on their heads
Dancing sugar plums replaced with a leak
When we walked down the stairs, there was even a creak!!
When deep in the basement there arose quite the rumble…
Then down the broken stairs I started tumble…
When what to my wondering eyes did I spy?
A broken down water heater that was already dry!
I realized very quickly, what we should have done…
It was to call the Home Inspector, he would have caught each one!
He would have come in a jiffy, and found these issues!
Now on Christmas eve, instead of joy, we’re using tissues!
