Default Metal sculpture Needs Spot Weld

My neighbor has been repairing some much loved, but OLD, SMALL metal frog sculptures but one of the frog's feet has broken off. My friend tried a tube of liquid weld, without success. I am hoping one of our many TOTV regular readers will offer to make a quick repair performing a tiny spot weld with conventional welding torch. I hope someone out there can be of help. Its another Wonderful Day In The Villages
