Default Farmhouse Corner of Buena Vista and Bonita

Does anyone know the story of the yellow farmhouse at the circle at Liberty Park Village. It is on the corner of Bonita Blvd, next to the firehouse. This is on the far south side of TV not far from 466A. Map says it is "Historic Brinson-Perry House and Servant Quarters" Building looks like it has been refurbished on the outside but interior is in bad shape.

Heard pretty much the same as you, but also heard that, by the time the build-out of TV is complete, it will mark the center of TV. Thus, my wife and I refer to it as the "Half-way House." Which is pretty remarkable since we live near the northern border of TV in Briar Meadow.

Just searched and found the following about this house. Does anyone know more on this house? What is planned for the house?

TOTV has already been here six weeks ago. No one knows or can provide the history or details of Brinson-Perry. I'm reluctant to tell you how many hours I spent trying to find more info and I ultimately gave up. Good luck. RayB, your web reference is the only one I could find and if you read it, it's not much info.
