With all activities being canceled and basically all facilities closed, why are we still paying amenity fees?

Default Closing rec center

This should have happened a long time ago. Social distancing is the key to stopping the spread of this virus. I still see friends sharing golf carts, TV is still in denial. If Iam wrong, then it was a major inconvenience, if Iam right then it will be a nightmare for TV. I hope Iam very wrong

It means that the poor rec assistant doesn’t have to sit at the front desk and expose themselves to Coronavirus. Yes, they are now locked.

It was the smart thing to do. They just should have done it sooner. The worst is yet to come. Hopefully, most of us will get through this crisis.

Default dog parks?

What’s the difference between congregating at pickle ball or dog parks? The social separation at the parks was being maintained

Rec centers are open but all scheduled meeting are canceled. Billiard rooms are open with strict rules to follow and limits. You can still play shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce, you just have to have you’re own equipment and water. So that eliminate’s at least 75% due to the don’t have their own equipment. Except golf and tennis.
Rec centers are not open - doors are locked. Employees laid off.

Doesn't surprise me that nothing is open in TV. Unless you have been to Dallas/Ft.Worth & maybe you don't care to come here. We were in TV Mar. 12th thru Mar. 17th & got home Mar. 18th in Northlake, TX. Unless you've seen what it's like here with all the traffic & how busy everything is here, we couldn't believe how coopertive everyone is here & staying home. We went through downtown Dallas which normally is bumper to bumper traffic & takes litterally 2 hrs. or more to drive to Ft.Worth, it took us only about 35 to 45 mins. to drive 70 miles home to Northlake, which is the outskirts of Dallas. It looked like a ghost town here! My point is most people don't have any idea what this area was like before the Coronavirus scare. People here are really staying home & the Coronavirus is almost non existent. So I'm just want to tell the people in TV, stay home like they ask & it will be non existent in the quarantine time in 15 days. If people stay home like they ask, people will get back to work & get on your normal life. 15 days isn't the end of the world to stay home but it could be a lot worse. Do what they ask because we here in Dallas/Ft. Worth will be running the streets here real soon. There's about 3 million people here that's doing what they"re told. God Bless everyone & take care of yourself!

why not allow pool use at 25% occupancy with crowd change every 2 hours. Us 6 ft rule in and out of pool. Safe, safe, safe and exercise!

And how do you enforce? The people couldn't comply with the 10 person guidance, they didn't observe distancing at the Squares and you expect them to comply with a crowd change rule? Villagers (yeah not all but many) could care less about others, hence the TP shortage, NY's escaping to Florida because they don't want to follow NY guidance and the non believers will make it difficult for the rest of us. Be safe
