Is the new area about 1/2 way between Fenney and the current southern border near route 44?

I wish I didn't feel now as if this might be the only house purchased in our lifetime that won't appreciate in value.

Of course it's a guess, but I think houses on the original "Homeland" will appreciate in value.

I can't figure out any possible reason why you think that might be the case.

I think that's right. We will be living where the supply has maxed out (The Homeland). All new owners will be living in separate noncontiguous villages.

If there is available property, someone will build on it. I would much rather have the Villages develop it than someone who could care less about the Villages.

That's easy to figure out...Relatives and Friends of the Inmates..Just think easy everyday visits and in all likelihood Golf Cart Accessible. Kinda like a No Brain-er...The Morse Family have every angle covered.
