Default More Villages of Southern Oaks Plans

Here are plans which show details not seen in the recent inserts in the Daily Sun and The Villages Magazine.

It's all residential with one Rec Center.

Rt 44 is off to the top. The roundabout has not yet been built. It appears that Morse Blvd. will continue southward, presumably all the way to CR 470 and Leesburg.

The branch that continues westward will be named Warm Springs Ave. The turnpike overpass is off to the left.

I think it's interesting to note an extensive Pedestrian Path separate from the Multi-Modal Trail.

I believe that the future Village of Bradford and a championship golf course will be off to the bottom, presumably accessible via Morse Blvd.

You always add so much dependable information, Champion. (I would call you by name, but the moddies don't like me to do that). Thank you Bud.

Small print at the bottom states this not a final development plan.....but it's a good start. Thanks for finding and sharing.

it is fun to watch the progression and growth. So far, we have not been disappointed.
