Which idea do you like? Since you don't quote another post all later readers are left guessing. The post immediately prior to yours is "lol." Is that the idea you like?

The post before that is "Yeah they got the grant and still raised our taxes 25%." Is that the idea you like?

It's simple...if you're referring to a particular post, please quote that post...simply press the button.

I believe that all roads are public, not private. There are gates however legally ANYONE can enter. This is what I’ve been told

If they are putting in apartments, they should widen Morse to 4 lanes and put a golf cart bridge across 466 or a tunnel under without having to cross in front of traffic with all the additional vehicles

It’s because of all the heavy construction equipment using these roads to build the greedy Morse kids empire down south. They careless about the established areas. It’s all about the new revenue base for them. Just take a look at the older areas here. They’re not going to spend money on these established areas.

Replacing these commissioners might be one of the best things to happen to the county in a long time.
Where did the get the $1M grant from? If it is federal money that may be one of the reasons they are putting in apartments on Morse Blvd. Under HUD there is a clause in the Fair Housing Act that says if you except federal money the area where the money is to be spent has to have similar demographics as surrounding towns, thus a greater need for more apartments to bring it in compliance with Federal Law. I may not have said this exactly right but it is something to consider.

Aren't you complainers ever satisfied. If you would have paid attention, you would have seen that the County put out a schedule for the repaving of Morse and Buena Vista a long time ago. Be glad it's getting done!!

There's always a half-empty glass somewhere in TV. No better place to be in spite of life's speedbumps here.

In most places it would take forever to get a pothole filled, much less and entire new road!
I don't know which post you are replying too but my complaint is not that it's being done, it's the timing.

They are running a business and their goal is to increase profits.

Can disagree with aspects of their plan but to call them greedy?

Does that mean no business should expand and risk being called greedy?

Apparently, the word profit is now a dirty word. Used mostly by those who never started a business and created jobs. And, yes. I have and did.

Looks to me like they repaved all the parts of Morse that didn't need to be repaved first, especially from 466A to CR 44 and left the part that really, really needed it (Odell Cr to Odell Cr) to last. I guess they figured they could get some more money if they waited a little longer on that part

Timing most likely has to do with the weather. Do you know the temperature of hot asphalt? Also we have very heavy rain in the summer.
