Exactly right. Park in one lane. Keep one lane open for traffic. With the number of cars on the street, one lane should not make much delay. Ever drive in a construction zone before??

Getting this road work done before the snowbirds come back isn't critical, it's a non issue

what's at issue is...the road is finally being fixed
