Seems it doesn't matter since they don't have a way to enforce any rule put in place

Some scooters go as high as 85mph. So for the purposes of this thread I would be beneficial for more info on the type, etc of scooters.
I find it interesting that golf crts can't go in excess of 19.9mph but an LSV can and can also travl the cartpaths. Perhaps i am wrong but according to the information in the POA I thought I had red when a resident asked if the can give tickets on the carpath the sheriff stated that if they see a golf cart lacing continually between carts they will ticket that driver. Marlene O'Toole inititative to allow the LSV relief for insurance purposes makes me wonder where that places golf carts that go in excess of 20mph as concerns insurance premiums, coverages ,etc.? Has anyone spoken to their insuranc company regarding this subject? |

Are you sure that these Smart Cars that you are seeing are actually Smart Cars. There is an LSV that is sold at the Villages Golf Cart Man that looks an awful lot like a Smart Car.

Yeah, I know, I have two motorcycles. But, I don't ride them to save on gas. If you have to ask why, you don't understand. |
