Don't know about mail, but there is a fabulous 3/2 designer with pool and spa for sale in Hemmingway. It belongs to me but is for sale thru the VLS. You should check it out. It is a great house in a great location.

The post offices are not as convenietly located and won't accept Fedex or UPS packages, so I think the private post offices would be the best choice.

Why don't you look at staying at an Airbnb in The Villages? You'll get a better view of the experience and your hostess can supply you with a guest pass to all the activities.
