Default Multi Modal Path Coating

I don't know if it was done on the BV path south of 466 but it seems northern side of the path was coated with some type of oily smelling substance which I'm guessing may be a protective seal coat? I would really be super cautious going around corners fast with the next rain. I suspect it will be slick.

It's really weird. The stuff smells like brake fluid.

Appreciate the heads up.

Looks like I'll have to be a little careful there, until enough rubber gets built up...for the groove to come in.

Clearly no one who had any idea what they were doing supervised this project. This oily mess is giving my cart an undercoating and tracking oil onto the stone paved crosswalks. Also is obliterating the painted center lines that CDD4 installed and making an unsightly mess of tracks on connecting roads. It looks and acts like the type of oil you would spray on dirt roads to keep the dust down. The contractor should be sued.

In summary it's a lousy job.
