We still own 2 homes - fully furnished, yikes! One in Hamburg, NY and one in the Village of Duval. So far, my sister and I are managing the payments. We will still keep our home in Hamburg for awhile, but will probably move to an apartment after we sell. We still have to keep residency in NY because of long-term health policies. Janet and Carol

Two here also. Am planning on renting home here in Ohio when I finally make it down to TV on a full time basis. At least that is the plan until the housing market picks up.

Two for me, but, not by choice. "Former" home in MD still hasn't sold, but, when it does, TV house will be the one and only.....unless, of course, I get tempted to buy a villa for an investment property.

Two for us! One is a Courtyard villa in BELVEDERE and a home in Il. for the summer. It is difficult to know what I have where???? We shut down the utilities each time (HEAT low for the winter and leave on the air in Fl. in the summer) we leave and arrange for yard work. We enjoy the change and the slow down from TV but we do miss the music and drive way parties!! :-* :joke:

And it is 3 for us too -- at least 1 too many. Must be an upstate NY thing. We are soon to sell our "camp" on one of the finger lakes despite the wailing and gnashing of teeth from our offspring. But where are they when it is time to open or close?

Right on Linda,

nobody home when it comes to putting the dock in and out, winterizing the cottage and boat and on and on. They sure do like to come and have fun tho dont they?

Still not sure we will give up the camp, being on the water in the summertime is so wonderful and relaxing, Im just really really confused as to what has to go!

We have a ranch here in TV and a home in Illinois. Nothing selling where we are in Illinois so I guess we will have 2 homes for a while.
