Munn’s have used them for years. Great company

We went to them one time after SC twice worked on our unit and then told us we needed a new AC. Munns fixed our unit (drain was clogged) and it’s been working for a year now!

I have used Munns for my semi annual HVAC maintenance for over 20 years. My first home, bought new in 2001, the HVAC lasted over 17 years with no repairs other than annual service by Munns.

They are our provider of our semiannual maintenance on our Heat Pump and split system. After 3 years only charges are for a filter replacement once a year and the service costs. Never tried to charge me for something.

Get into their rotation and make your appointment as soon as they leave.

we have been in our home 18 years, hvac has never been serviced, never had a problem, my philosophy is if it ain't broke don't fix it. same philosophy I've used for 50 years.

I do believe there is truth to this.
I would bet for some it's more "piece-of-mind" to have yearly inspections or twice a year.

I find there are soooooo many ways Florida has a way to drain whatever $$$$$ you
came down here with.

IMHO a semi annual inspection can find a small problem before it becomes a big one so happy to spend the dollars to do so.
