You are correct, those who go to MVP on a daily basis knows how frustrating it is, to get in a class. Since I pay full membership, as I am too young to get a Medicare discount, or free membership, one wonders if the membership is worth it.

(Sorry. Somebody had to do it. :icon_wink:)

Cause, I have joined gyms many times. I am a loser, a drop out. One of my big problems is that in Aerobic Class, when the rest of the class is on their right foot, I am on my left which doesn't bother me at all, but it sends the leader into a tizzy. I was never meant to be an athlete and I dislike repetition and sitting and riding a bike or anything like that that is good for me.

How many Hail Mary's, Father?

To Your Health Spa on 441 in Lady Lake across from Oakwood BBQ. It's been open about a year, rate is about $25 a month. They have organized classes with instructors, they even have a 60' indoor pool.

Will those who live in the rentals have to pay for their fitness center? All the other fitness centers in the rec centers have a fee to Villagers who wishe to use them.

I've always thought the fitness centers should be included for anyone who does not play golf here in The Villages. Isn't there a way for the computer to track who uses the fitness center and does not ever play golf?

We resident have no say over things like this, thank goodness. I hope it never changes. I like things just the way they are. What a nightmare if the inmates started running the asylum. One would want this, the other want that and the bottom line would be chaos and added expense. I always wonder why people buy here and want change.

MVP is a rip off. Not worth $60/month. Try anytime fitness for half the price and open 24hrs a day.

You can get an MVP membership for less than $60/month (for one person). It costs $80/month for my wife and I.
