You might need two, a Realtor, and a sales agent. Realtors can't sell TV listed homes and vice-versa. TV sales agents only have access to their own listings and Realtors have access to the MLS. So, if you see a house you like and it's listed with a Realtor, then you can't use a TV sales agent and vice-versa.

We used Randy. He is a Buyer’s agent and works with Debbie Roberts in the ReMax Team. He was so patient with us and very professional.

I can highly recommend Karen Kamperman, 352-390-4800. You won't find anyone who is easier to work with, and very knowledgeable of The Villages and MLS. What we appreciated most was her fast response and ability to resolve any issue that comes up and make everything run so smoothly. She really goes the extra mile, is so generous and fun. Hello,
I recommend that you look into 55placesdot com, and set up notifications to send you and email when a property in the villages gets listed. I usually get between 3 and 6 new listings every day.

You can look at the villages website to set filters too (price, model, resales, etc.)

I wouldn't feel comfortable to recommend an agent - some may do a good job for one person, then not so much for another....
