We have been looking at all three. IMHO Osceola is very far away from everything. Pine Hills and Pine Ridge are basically the same area so the answers would be similar. They are very convenient to Colony, the new Walgreens and side businesses, are not too far from Sumter and close to Brownwood. They are as close as many Villages to Spanish Springs and shopping. The taxes in Pine Hills/Ridge are 2.5% higher but the purchase prices are lowered to offset that. The Rohan Rec center is right there for both of them and Eisenhower is nearby. Emergency equiptment and golf courses are very close. It depends on where you feel you will be happy. Welcome to the Villages, have many nice days. :wave:
