Default Neighborhood Message Board

Do individual neighborhoods have message boards for issues that are relevant to their needs? I was thinking about neighborhood parties, get-togethers, etc. This would be helpful for newcomers.

The Village of Duval has a board for Duvalites who either have something to lend or borrow. Think about it--How many people really need to own a wheelbarrow or an extention ladder, or a knee-kicker to take a wrinkle out of the carpeting?
