paper biodegradable bags only.

Come to the old section of the Villages, and you will see piles of leaves, branches, and other debris. The owners of these homes just lay this stuff on the curbside with no lawn bag in sight, expecting the sanitation guys to pick it up one branch at a time.
(This is not just one or two houses; it's hundreds of houses.)
To these owners, I say, put your stuff in the lawn bags!
